·         Spectrum Tool Interoperability: Operationally validate US Spectrum XXI Coalition (SXXI-C) Server and Determine Turkish MARS and SXXI-C Interoperability.

d.      Remarks: The main objective for this exercise was:
·         To train the participants in identifying and managing the consequences resulted from disasters occurred after fictitious terrorist attacks;
·         It was a good opportunity to exercise and validate SEEBRIG Disaster Relief Operation Concept.

  3. Participants: SEEBRIG Engineer Task Force(ETF), Croatia Engineers and US NAVY Engineers.
  4. Remarks:

·         The main goal of it was to validate operational capabilities, interoperability, command and control procedures in the field in order to enhance humanitarian intervention capabilities of Coalition Engineer Task Force (CETFOR);
·         1 bridge has been built, approximate 10 km of road has been improved, and 10 km of water pipeline has been installed in order to provide water for the first time for approximate 6000 people.

d.      Remarks: The exercise gives the opportunity for the civilian organizations (nongovernmental organizations and media representatives) to train their own staff and/or support the training of military staff. National RED CROS ASSOCIATION ROMANIA, WORLD VISION ROMANIA, HOLT INTERNATIONAL ROMANIA Foundation for children and family care, and SAVE THE CHILDREN ROMANIA, non-governmental organizations with their residences in Romania, Constanta, will take part as gaming players in this exercise.
