Cultural Awareness Course , 18th to 19th of February 2020, Tyrnavos/Larissa, Na-3

From 18th to 19th of February 2020 Maj. Dimitrios MANOLOPOULOS from MPSOTC provided a cultural awareness course to SEEBRIG HQ in Camp SCHINA, Tyrnavos.
COMSEEBRIG BG Tudorică PETRACHE welcomed the instructor during the office call and then an introduction was made by Col. Sotirios RIGOPOULOS COS SEEBRIG.
The purpose of the course was to provide the participants the necessary familiarization with cultural values and perspectives, religious beliefs and differentiations as well as with gender issues of different parts of the world. During two days, SEEBRIG HQ staff received several classes related to the topics of the course like Cultural Awareness and Respect of Diversity, Cross Cultural Competency, Self Awareness Knowledge, Ethics and Culture, Culture and Gender, Cross Cultural Competency and Negotiations, Cultural Intelligence, Cultural and Messaging, Religion Diversity Awareness. Two modules were dedicated to a practical part in which SEEBRIG HQ organized in syndicates developed specific products.
At the end of activity, COMSEEBRIG BG Tudorică PETRACHE congratulated Maj. Dimitrios MANOLOPOULOS for the activity and all chiefs of branches provided remarks about all the topics of the course.
SEEBRIG HQ was grateful for receiving this type of training because this activity contributed to enhancing the cultural awareness level for all participants.
