Risk Management Workshop for RMP Certification, 08 – 11 February 2022, Kumanovo/Na-5

According to Annual Plan 2022, Human Asset Training Consulting Solutions (HATEC SA) provided a Risk Management Workshop (RMW) to SEEBRIG HQ Nucleus staff from 08 to 11 February 2022 at its premises, “Boro Menkov camp”, Kumanovo. Six participants enhanced their knowledge regarding the principles and the procedures of Risk Management, so as to take the exams for the International Certification of Risk Management from PMI.

COMSEEBRIG welcomed the instructor Mr. Athanasios FOURTOUNAS during the office call and after a short introduction, he announced the beginning of the Workshop, the first collective training activity for 2022.

During the Workshop, participants examined a full scenario of a project from the private sector where they executed all the processes of Risk Management such as Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Risk Responses, Control Risks and Stakeholders Management. Furthermore, a productive discussion took place concerning the Identification and the Analysis of the Threat & Opportunities. In addition, multiple case studies were discussed as well as a number of best practices from around the world so as the participants to have ready a useful Risk toolkit.
