South-Eastern Europe Brigade (SEEBRIG) - formation established by seven participating nations in order to contribute to the regional security and stability in the Euro-Atlantic area

The 46th PMSC and 45th SEDM-CC Meetings of the South-Eastern European Ministerial Defense Process (SEDM), 15-16 September 2021

The 46th PMSC and 45rd of SEDM-CC Meetings of the South-Eastern European Ministerial Defense Process (SEDM) were held under the Na-2 Chairmanship from 15th to 16th September 2021, in a hybrid way (physically and online) due to COVID 19 pandemic restrictions.

SEDM countries, SEEBRIG Commander and representatives from NATO, RACVIAC and UNDP SEESAC attended the above-mentioned meetings, chaired by the Chairman of SEDM Secretariat, H.E. Mr Plamen YORDANOV.

COMSEEBRIG presented an update of SEEBRIG activities from the last PMSC meeting, SEEBRIG’s future activities, effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on SEEBRIG activities, the proposed drafts for the Annual Plan 2022, Budget Plan 2022 and Medium-Term Financial Plan 2022-2024, and other financial and personnel issues.

PMSC member countries endorsed the SEEBRIG’s proposals, which will be presented for approval to the SEDM meeting in November 2021.

All the projects, programs, initiatives and proposals were discussed during the forums in a fruitful atmosphere, friendly spirit and mutual understanding.
