Brigadier General Andreas KOUZELIS

(2001-2003)

Born in 1951, Brig. Gen. Andreas KOUZELIS was commissioned from the Army Military Academy as an infantry lieutenant in 1972. During his service in the Army, he commanded various levels of units from platoon to regiment.

Brigadier General Andreas KOUZELIS was the second commander of SEEBRIG.

After he completed his studies in Hellenic Army War College and National Defense War College, Bde. Gen. KOUZELIS was assigned for two years at NATO HQ in Belgium.

Before joining SEEBRIG, he assumed duty as Director of Ops and Plans Directorate at the Hellenic National Defense General Staff.

He has been appointed as the second commander of SEEBRIG on 31 August 2001.
