Evaluation visit to Na-3 – SEEBRIG’s affiliated units
Between 24 and 25 June 2025, Evaluation Team from SEEBRIG HQ, led by COMSEEBRIG, BG Bilbil BITRI, conducted an evaluation visit to Na-3 SEEBRIG’s affiliated units.
COMSEEBRIG visited the C’ Army Corps/NRDC-GR, where he had an office call with the Commander of NRDC-GR, LTG Athanasios GARINIS. BG. BITRI used this opportunity to extended to LTG GARINIS the gratitude and appreciation, for his visionary leadership and for Na-3 contribution to SEEBRIG with capabilities and great support for regional cooperation. Both Commanders underlined the long-standing cooperation between the two organisations, and to further enhance the cooperation between SEEBRIG and NRDC-GR by exploring opportunities for the participation of SEEBRIG HQ personnel in future training events and exercises.
SEEBRIG HQ Evaluation Team travelled to Sindos (Thessaloniki) where they had the chance to watch the Hellenic Peace Support Engineer Company (HEPSEC) performing their specific tasks in accordance with SEEBRIG mission. Upon the arrival of the team in the camp, the Company Commander briefed the evaluation team about the organisation, personnel, main equipment, logistics and communications means, the level of training, the participation in various PSO exercises and operational status of the Company. After a brief equipment inspection, the evaluation team attended a live field demonstration, in which its personnel put in practice all the procedures stated in SEEBRIG SOPs.
The next station of evaluation visit was the 782nd Transportation COY in Chalkidona, where COMSEEBRIG had an office call with the Commander of Strategic Transportation Command (STC), BG Dionysios PROSILIAKOS. The Company Commander briefed the evaluation team about the organisation, personnel, main equipment, logistics and training capabilities, the level of training and operational status of the Company. A static display followed by live demonstrations of transportation capabilities was put together to provide a comprehensive picture of the ability of the unit.
The evaluation visit was an opportunity for SEEBRIG HQ leadership and staff to themselves with the capabilities, training standards, facilities, equipment and weapon systems of affiliated units from Na-3 and to strengthen the relationship with their personnel and leaders.
