SEEBRIG Conducts Three-Day Battle Staff Training (BST) in Kumanovo
A three-day Battle Staff Training (BST) module took place from 4 to 6 November 2025 at the SEEBRIG HQ barracks in Kumanovo, Na-5, with the aim of enhancing staff knowledge and improving interoperability between SEEBRIG HQ and its Affiliated Units.
The training module officially began on 3 November 2025 with an opening session and was conducted by SEEBRIG HQ specialists in close cooperation with the Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Centre (MPSOTC) from Kilkis, Greece. It brought together SEEBRIG HQ staff and 11 representatives from the Affiliated Units of five SEEBRIG nations, including four unit leaders and commanders.
Throughout the three-day program, participants focused on strengthening operational understanding, improving coordination, and enhancing situational awareness regarding SEEBRIG’s current activities and upcoming events — particularly the next iteration of the SEEBRIG-owned Exercise SEVEN STARS. The BST served as an excellent platform to exchange experiences, synchronize procedures, and reinforce cooperation between SEEBRIG HQ and its subordinate and affiliated elements.
The event concluded on 6 November with a closing ceremony, during which the Chief of Staff of SEEBRIG HQ, Colonel Zlatko Gjorgjiovski, presented Certificates of Participation to the representatives of the Affiliated Units.
The Battle Staff Training significantly contributed to improving SEEBRIG’s overall ability to accomplish its mission of promoting regional security, stability, and cooperation amon
g its member nations.
