Participation of SEEBRIG in the Initial Planning Conference (IPC) for GORDIAN KNOT 19 Ex 26 – 28 Sep 18, Thessaloniki, Na 3

 From 26th to 28th Sep, 2018 NATO Rapid Deployment Corps – Greece (NRDC-GR) conducted the Initial Planning Conference (IPC) for GORDIAN KNOT 19 Ex, with the participation of representatives from all branches, the Host Nation, as well as its affiliated Formations and Units. MAJ Kleanthis Paraskevopoulos (Na 3) represented SEEBRIG in the conference.

The aim of the IPC was to present the exercise specifications and milestones, to assemble the key exercise planning members and to identify the requirements for the Joint Headquarter and Exercise Control. Commitments were developed and pertinent information was captured to develop the scenario and to set the way ahead.

The conference was very productive, defining the details needed for the successful planning of the exercise, establishing a forum for fruitful discussion, being a precious milestone in the NRDC-GR preparation towards the upcoming Exercise “GORDIAN KNOT 2019”.
