PROPOSAL AND GUIDANCE
ACCORDING TO THE MPFSEE AGREEMENT, THE EMPLOYMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF SEEBRIG TO A SPECIFIC OPERATİON AREA IS THE CONSEQUENCE OF SEEBRIG DECISION MAKING AND FORCE GENERATION PROCESS.
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PMSC, UPON A PROPOSAL BY ANY PARTY OR ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE, CONVOKES THE PMSC TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION AND TO FORMULATE PROPOSALS FOR MINISTERIAL APPROVAL.
THE OUTCOMES OF THE RESPECTIVE MEETING PROVIDES SUBSEQUENT, APPROPRIATE GUIDANCE TO THE COMMANDER OF SEEBRIG.
POLITICAL AND MILITARY CONSULTATION
POLITICO-MILITARY CONSULTATION AND DECISION MAKING ARE CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE MEETINGS OF MINISTERS OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MINISTERS OF DEFENSE, CHIEFS OF DEFENSE STAFFS AND THE POLITICO-MILITARY STEERING COMMITTEE.
PMSC IS THE JOINT EXECUTIVE BODY FOR OVERSIGHT AND PROVIDING POLICY GUDIANCE FOR DEPLOYMENT, EMPLOYMENT AND OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE MPFSEE
ALTHOUGH SEEBRIG HAS A FORCE STRUCTURE, FORCE GENERATION İS NEEDED İN ORDER TO OBTAINİN APPROPRIATE UNİTS ACCORDİNG TO THE MİSSİON TYPE AND LOCATİON.
FORCE GENERATION PROCESS STARTS UPON MINISTERIAL DECISION OF THE MPFSEE-SEEBRIG PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN A COMMON MISSION. ACCORDINGLY, THE POLITICO-MILITARY STEERING COMMITTEE (PMSC) REQUESTS COMSEEBRIG TO INITIATE THE FORCE GENERATION PROCESS.
THE NUCLEUS STAFF THEN DEVELOPS A SPECIFIC CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS TO DEFINE FORCE REQUIREMENT.
